Spirittus, Inc (hereinafter referred to as Spirittus) and _______________________ (hereinafter referred to as Vendor) confirms the reservation of a Healing Arts Fest 2001 to be held on Saturday, August 18, (rain or shine) in Woodstock, NY at Andy Lee Field from 11 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Spirittus, Inc agrees to provide a 10'xl0' space to the Vendor on that day in exchange for the Vendor's payment of $45. Tables and/or chairs are available @ a cost of $5.00 per chair and $15.00 per 30" x 60" table when requested in writing and sent to Spirittus, Inc along with additional fees when this agreement is returned, by June 27, 2001 We are offering you a free listing in our program/resource guide. Entries will be alphabetized and cannot exceed 2 lines. Applications received after June 27, 2001 and August 3, 2001 will be listed in the resource guide via an insert.
No Applications will be accepted after August 3, 2001.

Spirittus, Inc shall not be liable for the results of any accident, damage, theft or other loss to the Vendor, or to any person or article employed by or in the possession of the Vendor while on the grounds of the Town of Woodstock's Andy Lee Field/Community Center, whether such occurs during the time of preparation, the period of occupancy, or at the time of removal there from.

A Spirittus coordinator will be available to direct Vendors to their Assigned space from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on the day of the Fest. Vendor agrees to have booth fully set up and ready for business by the opening of the Festival at 11:00 am. Vendor, agrees to remain open for business -throughout the day until the fair closes at 6:00 pm.

Spirittus, Inc. reserves the right to request that a particular type of work or a single item of display be removed from display and sale if such item is deemed inappropriate for the Fest. Spirittus, Inc. also reserves the right to terminate this lease and request the Vendor to leave the Fest if it is determined, in Spirittus ' exclusive judgment that the Vendor is not abiding by the spirit of the Fest or by any term or condition of this agreement.

A networking event illuminating Mind, Body and Spirit
The Holistic/Integrated/ Spiritual Public is coming to meet exhibitors, vendors, holistic
practitioners, associations, crafters, food vendors, astrologers and purveyors of products.

  • Vendors bring your own tent, tables and chairs. (Rental tables and chairs available upon written request.)
  • Practitioners may charge attendees a fee for their services.
  • All participants receive a FREE listing in the Program/Resource Guide.
  • Discounted registration for Non-Profit Organizations.
  • Registration includes admission for vendor and one guest. $5.00 for each additional person required

Registration and payment is due, postmarked no later than June 27, 2001. The final deadline for your listing to be included in the Program/ Resource Guide is June 27, 2001 @ NOON. Applications received after June 27, 2001 will be listed in the resource guide via an insert. Upon receipt of your application /payment, a confirmation will be sent to you. Late registration postmarked after June 27, 2001 please add $15.00.
